Rental gear request form

To reserve your rental gear for your upcoming adventure with Oxygen Adventures & Wellness, please complete and submit the form provided. Payment for the rental gear is required at the trip briefing, which takes place the day before your climb begins. We accept payment in cash (USD) only, and please ensure that your bills are from 2004 or newer and free of tears.

During our peak seasons, specifically September-October and January-February, rental gear can be in high demand. To ensure availability, we encourage you to reserve your items early if you plan to rent from us.

This form will reserve rental gear for your adventure. You will receive them at the when pre-trip briefing is taking place in Tanzania. The rental gear costs are NOT pre-paid and not included on your booking forms. Payments must be made on site, as well as CASH ONLY in US DOLLARS.

ALTOX oxygen

One System - $350.00

We obtain ALTOX systems for a fee from a third party when a request is made. If you request ALTOX, you can cancel it up to 30 days before your climb with no penalty. However, within 30 days of your climb, you will be responsible for the full cost of $350, paid in cash (USD), at the trip briefing.
