We understand that booking a wellness retreat or adventure is a meaningful commitment, and we aim to be transparent and fair in how we manage cancellations.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat.
For scheduled payment plans: The remaining balance may be paid in scheduled instalments and must be fully paid 30 days before the retreat start date.
For Deposit & pay later: Pay deposit to secure your booking with the flexibility to pay the remaining balance in one payment or multiple payments the remaining balance must be paid 60 days before the retreat start date.
If you need to cancel, deposits and payments made are non-refundable due to venue commitments.
However, you may transfer your place to another participant with prior approval from the organiser.

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled by Oxygenl (for example due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances), participants will receive a full refund of payments made.
The organiser cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred such as travel or personal expenses.
