Booking Your Place

Your place on The Mediterranean Wellness Reset (Spain | 12–17 November 2026) is confirmed once your non-refundable booking deposit has been received.

Payment Plan Terms

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to:

• Pay each scheduled instalment by the agreed due date.
• Ensure sufficient funds are available for each payment.
• Notify us as soon as possible if you experience any difficulty making a payment.
• Pay the remaining agreed balance on arrival at the retreat on 12 November 2026.

If a scheduled installment is missed, we will contact you to arrange payment. If payment remains outstanding and no alternative arrangement has been agreed, Oxygen Lifestyle Adventure & Wellness reserves the right to cancel your booking and retain payments already received in accordance with this policy.

Cancellation Policy

Due to contractual commitments with our accommodation providers, facilitators and local partners, all payments made towards the retreat are non-refundable.

This includes:

• Booking deposits
• Instalment payments
• Any other payments made towards your retreat balance

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another participant, subject to prior approval by Oxygen Lifestyle Adventure & Wellness. The replacement participant must meet any booking requirements, and all outstanding balances remain payable.

Cancellation by the Organiser

In the unlikely event that Oxygen Lifestyle Adventure & Wellness cancels the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participant numbers, all payments received will be refunded in full.

Our liability is limited to the refund of monies paid directly to us. We cannot accept responsibility for any additional expenses such as flights, travel insurance, visas, accommodation booked independently or other personal travel costs.

Booking Agreement

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Booking, Payment and Cancellation Policy.

We encourage all guests to carefully review the retreat details before booking and to contact us if they have any questions. We’re always happy to help you decide whether this retreat is the right fit for you.

Transferring Your Booking

If you wish to transfer your place to another participant, please email info@oxygen-lifestyle.com with:

• Your full name
• The retreat name
• Date of booking
• The name and contact details of the replacement participant
• Reason for the transfer (optional)

Booking transfers are subject to approval by Oxygen Lifestyle Adventure & Wellness.
